An amazing overall experience with Bibash and the team. His attention to detail is top notch and takes pride in the work he does. He listened to all our specific requirements and was very accommodating with any last minute design changes. He kept us informed all the way through the process and sometimes worked late into the evening to get the job done. If any small issues accrued during the renovation he was quick to fix it. After the work finished we called him as we had a very small issue with slow drainage with one of the bathrooms. He was quick to arrive and fix the issue. Keshar came to disconnect our old boiler so another party could come install a new one. We ended up with Keshar also being the one to install our new boiler when that other party ended up not being so reliable and we turned to Keshar instead at short notice. He is responsive when you reach out to him, he gives advice but also listens to our wishes, he does the work efficiently, he has a good vibe and tries to leave minimal impact to clean up afterwards and he does a good job and if there is something a little amiss he will come back and correct it.
