Our Estimates
We make our estimates by guessing how long the work will take and adding the cost of materials. When we estimate how much time the job will take, we do our best to be right. But sometimes, we can’t be sure until we start working. That’s because it depends on different things, like how easy it is to get around the property, the property’s condition, and the heating and water systems. We also need to consider if we can easily get the parts we need. We’ll keep you updated if anything unexpected comes up. All the work we do is recorded with the times we start and finish, and you’ll know about it.
The bill you get at the end will show how much time we actually spent working, according to the prices we told you. This might be more or less than what we first guessed.
